Membership Verification – Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW)

The Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW) wishes to inform all members of the public, government agencies, academic institutions, employers, and professional bodies that membership verification services are available through the official NASoW Secretariat.

To verify the membership status of a registered social worker, kindly follow the steps below:

How to Apply for Membership Verification:

1. Send an email to:

secretariat@nasow.org

2. Subject of the email:

“Request for Membership Verification – Full Name of Member”

3. Include the following details in the body of your email or as an attachment:

* Full Name of the Member

* NASoW Registration/Pin Number (if available)

* Date/Period of Registration

* Purpose of Verification (e.g., employment, study, licensing, etc.)

* Contact information of the requesting institution/organization (if applicable)

4. Attach a valid identification document or letter of authorization (if you are requesting on behalf of someone else or an institution).

Important Notes:

* All verification requests will be treated with confidentiality and processed within 5–7 working days.

* Requests without sufficient information may be delayed or declined.

* For urgent requests, kindly indicate the deadline in your message.
